Why would anyone buy this?
Besides being 50% cheaper than the Platinum theme, you mean? Honestly, if you are a hacker type who’s going to change the elook and feel yourself anyway, this might be the way to go. It still has plenty of control panel options and the handy Snapshots feature. However, the Platinum theme does have the “my.css” feature that makes customizing the CSS even easier, but what the hey. Did I mention it’s 50% cheaper?
Are there any Classic features that aren’t included in the Platinum theme?
Yes, actually! In the Classic theme, the photographer Bio section is fixed to the right half of the footer. It’s still a popular look, but the Platinum theme shunned this option in favor of a box that could be moved or turned off with ease.

If I purchase the Platinum theme and find that I can't seem to get it installed or working correctly, can I then upgrade to The Works?

We’ll install and test PhotoPressPro for you, and get you started on customizing your menu and footer widgets. We’ll also help you with any theme or WordPress problems as long as you’re using the theme. And we’ll install and set up several useful WordPress plugins that you could probably install yourself, but I’m sure you would rather have us take care of.
